Digital Products Studio — UK
We develop and distribute digital products — from privacy and VPN utilities to mobile games. Clean execution, broad reach, long-term value.

Natterjack Games develops and distributes two categories of digital products: privacy & connectivity tools, and mobile games. Different audiences, same standard of craft.
Consumer VPN clients for iOS and Android. Fast tunnelling protocols, a no-log policy baked in from day one, and a UI that non-technical users actually understand.
Tracker blockers, DNS-over-HTTPS clients, and secure browsing companions. Lightweight tools that run quietly in the background without draining the battery.
Network diagnostics, WiFi security scanners, and proxy management apps for both consumer and SMB markets. Simple interfaces over complex networking logic.
Match-3, merge, and logic puzzles tuned for broad audiences. Session design that keeps players returning every day without burning them out.
Minimal mechanics, maximum virality. We build hyper-casual games that convert organically from day one and perform reliably in the top charts.
Crosswords, trivia engines, and cognitive challenge apps. Language-localisable systems built for high retention and strong in-app purchase performance.
How we think
Every product we ship — VPN or game — is designed with user data minimisation as a first-class requirement. No dark patterns, no unnecessary telemetry, no surprise subscriptions.
Whether it's a tunnelling protocol or a game loop, the complexity lives under the hood. We obsess over reducing friction at the surface so users stay, engage, and come back.
Each product is owned by a tight crew of two to four people. No handoffs, no silos. The person who designs the UX also tests it on a budget Android device in a low-signal area.
App store placement, ASO, review strategy, and UA are planned before launch — never bolted on after. We treat discoverability as an engineering problem, not a marketing afterthought.
How we work
We start with a product brief: category, target market, monetisation model, and compliance requirements (GDPR, app store policies, VPN regulations by region). Output: a one-page spec everyone signs off on.
Development in two-week sprints with weekly internal builds. For VPN products, a third-party security audit is standard before any public release. For games, prototype testing with real users gates production start.
Soft launch in a single market, iterate on retention and conversion data, then roll out globally once key metrics are green. Post-launch support and live updates are part of every engagement.
Questions
iOS and Android for all consumer apps — both VPN utilities and games. We target both platforms simultaneously or start with one for a faster initial launch, adding the second in a subsequent update.
Yes. We offer white-label VPN and privacy app builds — your brand, your domain, your App Store listing. Infrastructure and protocol layer are ours; everything visible to the end user is yours.
We have extensive experience navigating Apple and Google policies for VPN category apps, including entitlement requests, privacy nutrition labels, and regional availability restrictions. Compliance review is built into every release cycle.
Absolutely. We work on new products and on live apps that need a feature overhaul, a performance rewrite, or a monetisation rethink. Bring us a brief and we'll scope it honestly.
A VPN client MVP is typically eight to twelve weeks from spec to store submission. A mobile game from prototype to soft launch runs five to seven months. Scope and compliance complexity define the timeline.
